Belsize Place

A striking new-build single residential dwelling, designed to a meticulously high standard.

Belsize Place represented a rare opportunity to be a part of a unique lateral space situated in a tranquil environment. Our primary objective was to design a functional family home rather than simply a showpiece. In the process there has been uncompromising attention to detail using the finest materials. The house benefits from a 0.2-acre plot, which provides a rare calm close to central London. The plot also benefits from garaging for three vehicles and private secure off-parking for at least four further vehicles.
